Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

While we do our best to ship orders quickly, there may be circumstances (such as the shop owner being out of town for events, markets, or restocking trips) that cause additional delays. In those cases, we’ll notify you by email and provide an updated shipping timeline.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your yarns, patterns, notions, and tools! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return policy below:

Eligible Items: Most unused, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, digital patterns, gift cards, and any custom or special-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Condition: Items must be free from smoke, pet hair, or signs of use, have their original tags and/or yarn sleeve attached to qualify for a return.
Return Process

Email us at hello@thehookhaven.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer) once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
